Privacy Policy

§1 Legal basis

This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions of Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, referred to as GDPR.

§2 General provisions

  1. By using the services of the Website, you entrust us with your information. This Privacy Policy serves only to help you understand what information and data is collected and for what purpose and what we use it for. This document also specifies the rules for the use of “Cookies”.
  2. The administrator of the personal data of Users of the Website within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data is the owner of the Website plastmoroz.pl available at: http://plastmoroz.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), i.e. PLASTMOROZ Sp. z o.o. The Owner of the Website hereby declares that it complies with the principles of protection of Users’ personal data and all legal regulations that are provided for in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135).
  3. The User has the right to contact the owner of the Website to obtain comprehensive information on how we use their personal data. We always try to provide clear information about the data we collect, how we use it, what purposes it is to serve and to whom we transfer it, what protection we provide for this data when transferred to other entities, and we provide information on the institutions to contact in case of doubts.
  4. The Owner of the Website has exclusive access to the data under the terms and conditions set out in the Regulations and in this document.

§3 Privacy Policy

  1. The website takes the privacy of its Users seriously. We are characterized by respect for privacy and the most complete and guaranteed convenience of using our Service.
  2. We value the trust that Users place in us by entrusting us with their personal data in order to provide services and fulfill orders. We always use personal data honestly and in a way that does not disappoint this trust, only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, including its processing, fees, delivery to the User/Customer.
  3. The user has the right to obtain clear and complete information about how we use their personal data and for what purposes they are needed. We always provide clear information about the data we collect, how and to whom we transfer it, and provide information about the entities to contact in case of doubts, questions, or comments.
  4. In the event of any doubts regarding our use of the Client’s/User’s personal data, we will immediately take action to clarify and dispel such doubts, and we will fully and exhaustively answer all questions related to it.
  5. We will take all reasonable steps to protect Users’ data from improper and uncontrolled use and to secure it comprehensively.
  6. We make every effort to protect Users from unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, disclosure and destruction of information in our possession. In particular:
    • We control the methods used to collect, store and process information, including physical security measures, to protect against unauthorised access to the system.
    • We grant access to personal data only to those employees, contractors and representatives who must have access to it in order to process it for the needs of the Website. In addition, under the contract, they are obliged to maintain strict confidentiality, to allow us to control and verify how they fulfill their duties, and in the event of failure to fulfill these obligations, they may suffer consequences.
  7. We will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations and cooperate with data protection authorities and law enforcement agencies authorized to do so. In the absence of data protection laws, we will act in accordance with generally accepted data protection principles, rules of social coexistence and established customs.

§4 Scope and purpose of collecting personal data of Customers

  1. The Seller processes the necessary personal data of Customers in order to fulfill orders and for accounting purposes, and only such purposes as:
    • in order to conclude a sales contract, make complaints and withdraw from the contract,
    • issuing a VAT invoice.
  2. Sthe seller collects, processes and stores the following user data, which may be voluntarily entered by the User in the contact form on the website:
    • name and surname or company name,
    • electronic mail address (e-mail),
    • telephone number (mobile, landline),
    • information about the web browser used,
    • other personal data voluntarily provided to us.
  3. The website owner declares that the provision of the above data by the User is completely voluntary but also necessary for the full implementation of the services by the Website.

§5 Rights and obligations

  1. The website owner has the right, and in cases specified by law also the statutory obligation, to provide selected or all information concerning the Users of the website to public authorities or third parties who submit such a request for information based on applicable provisions of Polish law.
  2. The Client has the right to access the content of their personal data, which they provide to the owner of the Service, the User can correct and supplement this data at any time, and also has the right to demand that the owner of the Service removes it from its databases or stops processing it, without giving any reason. In order to exercise their rights, the User may at any time send an appropriate message to the registered office address of the owner of the Service or e-mail address or in another way that will deliver/transfer such a request to the owner of the Service
  3. A request from the User to delete personal data or to stop processing them by the owner of the Website may result in the complete inability to provide services by the owner of the Website or their serious limitation.
  4. The Owner of the Website undertakes to act in accordance with applicable legal provisions and principles of social coexistence.
