Plastmoroz is a family business. We have been operating in the packaging industry for over 20 years. From the beginning of our activity, we have focused on expanding our product range. In order to provide our customers with the highest possible comfort, we have gradually expanded our product catalogue with biodegradable packaging, mono films and laminates, and prints on films in the flexo 8 + 1 system (with insertion for selectively applied varnish). Our offer also includes services such as laminating, bobbining and packaging of entrusted materials according to our customers’ instructions.

In 2018, as our business developed, observing market conditions and knowing the expectations and needs of our customers, we decided to expand the scope of our production again – this time with zip closures. Initially, for the purposes of meeting our own needs and independently producing a full product – packaging with a closure. We were convinced that this would improve the quality of our offer, allow our customers to simplify the purchasing process, and also reduce the price of the final product.

We started implementing our plan by purchasing a machine for the production of zip closures. After training the Plastmoroz team by our partners from China, we began intensive testing. We checked the raw materials that ensure solidity, durability and comfort of use. While working on building the production of the highest quality zip closures, we made many attempts, not always successful. We bought more machines. We tested the settings of our machines until we achieved a satisfactory effect. Through trial and error, we produced a product of the highest quality. When creating and improving our closure production process, we used both common knowledge (the state of the art), our own experience, and information received from customers testing closures on their infrastructure. The entire process of creating and improving our proprietary PLM PERFECT ZIPPER zip closure took over 4 years.
